Airline Deposit
A deposit of $100 per person is required by the airline.
Uniglobe Professional Fee
Our professional fee is $47.25 per person.
This fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Final Payment – January 18, 2027
After this date, the tickets become 100% non-refundable.
Changes After Ticketing
A $200 per person reissue fee will apply for any date changes or name replacements after ticketing.
Any applicable fare difference will be additional.
Seat Assignments
Seats will be pre-assigned by Icelandair as part of the group booking.
Individual seat requests cannot be accepted with the group booking.

Each passenger's fare includes:
